1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SeniorCarevia (seniorcarevia.com), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Senior care services offered by SeniorCarevia include personalized home visits, companion care, medication reminders, and related support designed to enhance quality of life for seniors.

3. Digital Products

We provide informational guides, webinars, and training modules in digital format for caregivers, family members, and professionals involved in senior care.

4. Physical Products

SeniorCarevia offers assistive devices, safety equipment, and related physical products designed to support independence and well-being of seniors.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request cancellation or rescheduling of a scheduled service at least 48 hours before the appointment. In such cases, SeniorCarevia will provide a full credit toward a future service appointment. If a request is made less than 48 hours in advance, the service fee is non-refundable because staff time and resources have already been reserved.

5.2 Digital Products

Digital products may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided there is no evidence of use or download. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

5.3 Physical Products

Physical products can be returned within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Payments

Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely.

7. Limitation of Liability

SeniorCarevia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, digital content, or physical products.
